Higher Canopy is a division of LaunchUX, but our relationship with the tree care industry started long before the Higher Canopy name existed. For years, LaunchUX worked directly with tree care companies, arborists, plant health care experts, and landscapers across a wide range of geographies, long before we ever branded a division specifically for this industry. That work taught us the industry from the inside out. We didn’t learn the difference between a plant health care client and a storm damage emergency call from a marketing textbook. We learned it by sitting across the table from ISA Certified Arborists, PHC technicians, and landscape crews, and listening to what their customers actually ask for. Higher Canopy exists because that education earned us the right to specialize.

Working across different regions and climates taught us that tree care isn’t a one-size-fits-all business. A company doing storm cleanup in hurricane-prone areas has different messaging needs than a plant health care specialist focused on emerald ash borer treatment or deep root fertilization.
